Ariana Grande is one of the most followed people on Instagram.
It’s pretty safe to say she knows how to ‘Gram better than anyone.
But she may have made a pretty big mistake.

For posting a picture of herself on Insta.
Okay. It’s more complicated than that.
Basically, this post:

Was a photo that was not taken by Ari or anyone in her camp.
It was taken by one of the Paparazzi, a guy named Robert Barbara.
Who, technically, legally owns that photo.
So he’s suing Ariana for either the money she made on the post…
Or $25,000…
According to the lawsuit:
“[Ari] is not, and has never been, licensed or otherwise authorized to reproduce, publically [sic] display, distribute and/or use the Photographs.”
Pretty silly that she can’t post a photo of herself…
But honestly, this copyright stuff is pretty standard when it comes to the Paparazzi.
She probably should have known better.
