Actress Diana Rigg who was popular for roles in the TV shows, The Avengers and Game of Thrones passed away at the age of 82.
BBC reported that her daughter, Rachael Stirling announced her mother died from cancer Thursday morning after being diagnosed back in March.
Stirling said that Rigg, “spent her last months joyfully reflecting on her extraordinary life, full of love, laughter and a deep pride in her profession. I will miss her beyond words.”
Rigg also appeared in James Bond film, “On Her Majesty’s Secret Service” being the only woman who married Agent 007 himself.
