You’ve almost made it out of 2020! You need a special cocktail to bid adieu to the year that felt like it lasted 10 years. Marc shows you how to make the very sexy and sophisticated Tahoe Blue Vodka French 75. It’s vodka, it’s champagne, it’s sugar, and it’s the perfect drink to ring in 2021 with.
Recipe:
1 oz Tahoe Blue Vodka
1/4 oz fresh squeezed lemon juice
1/4 tsp simple syrup
Champagne
Sugar
Lemon for garnish
How To:
Take a lemon wedge and rub around a nice champagne glass – coupe is preferred. Rim the glass in the sugar.
Add the Tahoe Blue Vodka, lemon juice, and simple syrup to a cocktail shaker filled with ice. Shake it and pour into the glass.
Top off with champagne and garnish with a lemon twist.
