Harry Styles was performing in Vienna when he was abruptly struck by an item that was thrown towards the stage by an alleged fan.

After the item struck his face, he was seen on camera instantly wincing in agony and holding his head.

Apparently, the object hit Styles in the eye, causing injury.

He is not the first artist to be hit onstage.

In the past few weeks, singer Bebe Rexha, Ava Max and Lil Nas X have also been assaulted by crazed fans.
