Great news!  The United Nations just named Jason Momoa as their “Advocate for Life Below Water”.  Yes, Aquaman is going to have a say in how we protect our oceans!  He said, “For me, the ocean is an ancient teacher, a guide, and a muse.  It is also existential.  Without a healthy ocean, life on our planet as we know it would not exist…” 🙏

“With this designation, I hope to continue my own journey to protect and conserve the ocean and all living things on our beautiful blue planet, for our generation, and the generations to come.”

Jason has been active with ocean conservancy for a long time and has helped to reduce plastic in the ocean with his company, Mananalu, that sells water in cans.

Congrats Jason, we know you’ll do an incredible job!
