Levi’s Stadium Bans Tailgating And Friendship Bracelets Ahead Of Eras Tour

It’s Levi’s Stadium. Hi. They’re the problem. It’s them.
The Eras Tour has drawn massive crows outside the stadiums she’s performed at so far and Levi’s Stadium is putting their foot down about any congregating in the parking lot outside July 28 and 29 during Taylor’s 3-ish-hour set.

With so many people unable to get tickets after the Ticketmaster pre-sale debacle, many have resorted to Taylor-gating or Tay-gating. They will gather outside the show and just listen.
Levi’s Stadium tweeted out an official-looking update saying “Tailgating is prohibited for the Taylor Swift concerts and there will be no designated viewing areas outside of Levi’s Stadium. Fans without event tickets will not be permitted to congregate in parking areas or on the streets.”
An important update for all Swifties ahead of The Eras Tour at Levi’s Stadium on July 28 & 29. Visit the link below for more info.

On top of that, they added in their own tweet’s thread that BRACELETS will not be permitted either. This is going to be a big problem for the thousands of Swifties working hard to create friendship bracelets FOR the show. Bracelets have become a major keystone of this tour!
Mercury News describes the friendship bracelets having begun as a result of one of Taylor’s own lyrics:
Fans at shows across the country have been making Swift-themed friendship bracelets to trade with others, some bringing hundreds to swap. The idea comes from a lyric in Swift’s song “You’re On Your Own, Kid” off her 2022 album “Midnights.”
What do we do now? We have about a week to figure this out!
