Punk’d was a fun hidden camera show all about pranking Hollywood’s biggest stars. The show was created by Ashton Kutcher and ran on MTV during 2003 and lasted until 2007. A small reboot aired back in 2012.

Singled Out was a dating game show that ran on MTV during 1995 until 1998. The show was hosted by Chris Hardwick and Jenny McCarthy. McCarthy was later replaced in the last season with Carmen Electra.

MTV teamed up with Quibi, “a mobile-first media technology platform” where a deal was announced to reinvent the two shows.

Both of the shows will be available to stream on Quibi, each with 20 episodes and will range about 10 minutes or so in length.

Doug Herzog of Quibi is excited for the idea stating,

“For the generation who grew up watching Punk’d and Singled Out on MTV, this represents a long overdue reboot of two well-loved shows. It’s also an opportunity to bring these enduring and classic MTV franchises to a brand new audience on our exciting platform.”

No information on when the episodes will be released on Quibi, but we’ll keep you updated on this page.

Which show are you more excited to see back on the screen? Punk’d or Singled Out?
