Netflix may be changing the ending of “The Notebook”
The Notebook is timeless.
It’s one of the most beloved romances of all time.
And the ending is about to get a big change.

According to USA Today, Netflix users in the UK noticed the movie was a little… different. Specifically, during the ending.
Apparently, the streaming service is showing the version of the movie with the “alternate” ending.
You know that moment that makes everyone cry?
Where Noah and Allie die in each other’s arms?
The “alternate” version changes the last scene.
Instead, viewers were treated to a flock of birds flying over a lake…
And then the movie just straight up ends.
People are furious.
I’m not big into romantic movies but I have seen #thenotebook and @netflix what you did wasnt ok that ending was beautiful it’s all I can ever hope for in my marriage so when I finally eat dirt I can go with the one I love dont you dare take that away! Put it back!
