One Reason You Shouldn't Use Your Phone While Using The Toilet

Well we’ve got some bad news for you, doctor’s don’t recommend it.

While you’re doing your business and scrolling through your phone or playing games all at the same time, using your phone while on the toilet allows you to spend more time hunched over looking at your phone while sitting down, which can cause hemorrhoids. Dr. Sarah Jarvis shared the information with The Sun.

If you are one of those people who take their phone with them to the restroom, don’t worry, you aren’t the only one who does it.

A survey from YouGov found that 57% of Brits use their phones while on the toilet and 8% say that they “always” have their phones with them when going to the restroom.
