Although Coachella is postponed to October, the stage hands and creators are doing their part to help battle Coronavirus.
Choura Events and Gallager Staging are coming together to build on-site triage tents for people diagnosed with the fast-spreading virus.
Choura Events shared their concerns in regards to the virus through The LA Times saying,
“If I didn’t know how to do Coachella, I couldn’t do this hospital, I saw patients coming in here and saw what they looked like. This is real, and we’ve got to move.”
Gallager Staging is also thankful that their staff is able to come together to help fight the pandemic,
“I’ve been more fulfilled over the last few weeks than over the last decade. It’s very meaningful to feel like you’re part of saving a life.”
Glad to see these companies are helping out during this difficult time.
