This is a super simple classic cocktail to make with Tahoe Blue Vodka. The special part of this drink is the blue cheese stuffed olives. Don’t buy the premade stuffed olives – make them yourself for a fresher taste. Usually when I make this drink I skip the Dry Vermouth but I left it in here in case you want to make it like you’d get at a bar. I also like my Martinis shaken but you can stir them if you like. There’s really no wrong way, play around and figure out what you like best.

Recipe One Martini:

2 1/2 oz Tahoe Blue Vodka

1/4 oz Dry Vermouth

Crumbled Blue Cheese

Martini Olives

1/2 oz Olive Brine

Toothpick

Ice

How To:

Grab a martini glass and fill it with ice so it’ll chill. Next push out whatever’s in your olives and fill three olives with the blue cheese. Add ice and all liquid ingredients to a cocktail shaker.  Shake it…shake it…shake it! Dump the ice from your martini glass and pour in the martini you just shaked.  CHEERS!
