If you’re under 30 and think that you already need to have your life all put together, take a breath. A new study from brain scientists found that people don’t actually become adults until they hit the age of 30 or older.
Peter Jones, a Cambridge University Professor mentioned these points:
The research study confirmed that the rational part of our brains isn’t really fully developed until we hit the age of 25. After that, it would take a few more years for the brain to have adult thought patterns to fully be there.
