Shanghai Disneyland Set To Reopen On May 11th While Other Disney Parks Remain Closed For Now
Disney is working hard and making plans to reopen their theme parks after the Coronavirus pandemic caused them to temporarily shut its gates.
One of the first parks that was closed down was Shanghai Disneyland which closed its doors on January 25th.
The Walt Disney Company announced that they will be reopening Shanghai Disneyland on May 11th and will be taking extra precautions and measures.
Chief Medical Officer for Disney Parks, Dr. Pamela Hymel mentioned that there will be many changes around the park to ensure guests health and safety.
The company plans on practicing more of social distancing, cleanliness and employee safety.
No news yet on when other Disney Parks such as Disneyland in Anaheim and Disney World in Orlando will be re-opening, so we hang onto your ears until then!
For now, we can just all look back on our Disney trip pics and remember the good times we had while it was still open.
