On her Eras world tour, Taylor Swift is allegedly preaching Satanism and witchcraft, according to conservative Christians.

One person tweeted, “Never liked Taylor Swift, but now I definitely have a reason to. [I] just saw a video of her witchcraft/ritual performance on someone’s Insta story. Nope! Get that evil out of here,” before adding: “Believers should not listen to this.”

The criticism comes from Taylor’s performance of “Willow,” where some believe Taylor is performing witchcraft. However, “witch” has a new meaning for a new generation.

According to Psychsex, the phrase represents feminism and powerful, outspoken women. It’s also associated with Etsy and Pinterest Cottagecore style. Swift’s 2020 albums Evermore and Folklore borrow from this “period.”
