Taylor Swift performed at Levi’s Stadium in Santa Clara, on July 28 and July 29 for her Eras Tour. Swift performed past curfew until 11:38 p.m., per the San Francisco Chronicle.

Michelle Templeton, Communications Director and Sustainability Manager for Santa Clara, mentions a potential violation of the concert’s fire permit (pyrotechnics). It states that fireworks after 11 p.m. at the venue will result in permit violations and fines of up to $1,000 per concert for violations.

The second violation is for curfew and noise. Staff will review event curfew violations for activities after 11 p.m. Noise ordinance violations will be determined after reviewing recorded noise levels and complaints. Templeton says it may take a couple of weeks to compile the information. Previous concert citations for noise or curfew violations have ranged from $750 to $2100.

Santa Clara Police Department received no noise complaints during Swift’s concerts.
