Stargazers rejoice! Seven planets are now (almost perfectly) aligned, with 5 of the planets visible (without a telescope) in the order of their proximity to the sun.  This is a rare celestial event where Mercury, Venus, Mars, Jupiter and Saturn all appear to be aligned.  The last time it happened was December 2004, and isn’t expected to happen again for decades.

If you missed the prime viewing this morning, watch this.  Otherwise take a look at the sky about 30 minutes before sunrise tomorrow and you should see it (if there aren’t to many city lights.)

You know what they say about the planets being aligned… time to make a decision and GO FOR IT!
