A new research study published in the American Journal of Clinical Nutrition found that those who drinks six or more cups of coffee risk a heart ailment by 22%.
This is the first study where scientists have attached a cup number limit that shows when damage could start.
Coffee may help us get through the day, but don’t forget to keep it in moderation otherwise, your health might just pay for it.
