CONGRATULATIONS! You’ve just about made it halfway through ‘Dry January!’ You need to celebrate this accomplishment with a Tahoe Blue Vodka Bloody Mary. It’s got hella (yes that’s a scientific unit of measurement) servings of veggies so you’re sticking to your New Year’s Resolutions.

Bloody Mary’s are so much better if you make them from scratch. It takes some time but it’s so satisfying. They’re also great any time of the year. Especially right now when all you want to do is wake up, make a nice breakfast, and watch a game. The BIG Game is less than a month away so you’ll want to bookmark this recipe for that morning.


2 lemon wedges

2 lime wedges

4 ounces Tahoe Blue Vodka

8 ounces tomato juice

4 teaspoons prepared horseradish

4 (or more depending on your fondness to spice) dashes Tabasco sauce

4 dashes Worcestershire sauce

2 pinches ground black pepper

2 pinches smoked paprika

2 pinches celery salt

Tajin to rim glass

Green olives to garnish

Celery stalk to garnish


Rim two pint glasses with Tajin then add the celery stalk and ice to them. Add ice to a cocktail shaker and fill with all ingredients. Shake it up and pour into your pint glasses!
