The “Tinder Swindler” sued by the real Leviev Diamond Company
If you’ve seen The Tinder Swindler on Netflix, you already know how wild the show is.
It’s the story of an attractive man, a very smooth talker, and a string of women with millions of dollars lost.
Fortunately for his victims, it looks like Simon Leviev’s luck has caught up with him.

According to Page Six, Leviev is being sued by the REAL Leviev family.
You know, the ones who actually own the diamond company to which he claimed to have ties.
Lev Leviev is the Israeli-Russian diamond mogul who owns the real company. And they are not happy Simon is dragging their business into his misconduct.
Page Six obtained a copy of the court documents:
“For a long time, he [Simon] has been making false representations as being the son of Lev Leviev and receiving numerous benefits (including material ones), cunningly and using false words, claiming to be a member of the Leviev Family, and that his family will pay and bear the costs of his benefits”
The real Leviev family alleges Simon “cheated, conned, falsified, and hurt women, men and businesses.”
And that’s pretty bad for their business, too.
The fraudster’s luck may have just run out
“Simon Leviev” — real name Shimon Hayut — is currently living the free life in an apartment in Israel with his new girlfriend.
Because the world has no shame, he’s hired a manager.
Chagit Leviev, the real CEO of the real diamond company, expressed her shock at the news:
“…now he has a Hollywood agent? He doesn’t belong in Hollywood. He is a criminal.”
The real Levievs even plan to donate proceeds from the lawsuit to Hayut’s victims.
Chagit added, The Tinder Swindler Netflix documentary “didn’t do a good enough job of explaining that [they] have nothing to do with him”
