One of the biggest parts of Halloween is cancelled in Los Angeles.

Los Angeles County has officially banned door-to-door trick-or-treating for the year.

LA County’s Department of Public Health released new guidelines on Tuesday stating that,

“it can be very difficult to maintain proper social distancing on porches and at front doors especially in neighborhoods that are popular with trick or treaters.”

Any Carnivals, large gatherings, festivals, and haunted house attractions will also not be allowed this year.

This isn’t actually surprising at all with COVID still going on.

Do you see this happening in the Bay Area? Are you going to be making any changes with the way you celebrate Halloween this year?
