Taco Bell is working on something for their employees:
Taco Bell is going to start testing higher salaries in select markets to see if it would attract more people to work for them. They are also hoping that the wage increase will encourage new employees to stay longer with the company.
Similar to In-N-Out managers, Taco Bell is offering $100,000 for store managers.
Taco Bell managers currently get paid between $50,000 – $80,000.
These higher salaries will be tested at a few locations in the Northeast and Midwest.
We think they should test it out here too.
