Your Dad Will LOVE You if You Make Him These 3-2-1 Ribs for Father’s Day!

Happy Father’s Day! Give dad what he wants…ribs, a beer or two, and a nap. These ribs are super simple to make but do take a little planning. The 3 is for 3 hours in the smoker with just the rub. The 2 is for 2 hours wrapped in heavy duty foil with brown sugar, butter, honey, and apple juice. And the 1 is for 1 final hour in the smoker slathered in BBQ sauce.
