If there’s ever been a ‘comfort cocktail’ it has to be the White Russian. It’s like a dessert that makes you warm and fuzzy. I don’t know why I don’t make these more often. There’s something about the Holiday’s that reminds me to make a White Russian. Here’s three different ways to make it with Tahoe Blue Vodka.

Classic White Russian:

1 shot (1.5 oz) Tahoe Blue Vodka

2 shots coffee liqueur

Top off with Half & Half

Fill a glass about 3/4 with ice. Pour the shot of vodka in first. Then pour the two shots of coffee liqueur in. Next, pour the Half & Half over a spoon to top off. Enjoy!

Blended White Russian:

This is my favorite way to make a White Russian.

Same ingredients as above. Pour them into a blender with ice. Blend until smooth. Pour into a tall glass and top with whipped cream and cinnamon!

Lactose Free and Vegan:

Same ingredients and steps as the Classic White Russian only swap out the Half & Half with Almond Milk.
